Harlem

 

                                                        

 

 

When I think of the many different cultural movements that have happened in the past, my favorite has to be "The Harlem Renaissance". This era is usually identified with two things: The debut of new and creative forms of literature and the flourishing of jazz music. Outside of these , I also recognize this age with fashion.  Women often wore very simple but elegant accessories. Some of the must have trends were stylish cloche hats, wrist length gloves , jeweled or pearled necklaces , and drop earrings.
