When I think of the many different cultural movements that have happened in the past, my favorite has to be "The Harlem Renaissance". This era is usually identified with two things: The debut of new and creative forms of literature and the flourishing of jazz music. Outside of these , I also recognize this age with fashion.  Women often wore very simple but elegant accessories. Some of the must have trends were stylish cloche hats, wrist length gloves , jeweled or pearled necklaces , and drop earrings.

 For the past couple of weeks I have been on a quest for fashionable turbans. Since I haven't been able to find one in person I decided to see what there was to offer online . I immediately stopped by one of my favorite online boutiques, Vibe Jewels.  I knew that they would have exactly what I was looking for. My mission was to find something that had satin like fabric and was accompanied by a tasteful embellishment.  The five that caught my eye were these beautiful jewel toned ones. They gave me the feeling of romance while still having a bohemian look. The great thing about this accessory is that it is also very stylish to include it with your winter outwear.  Needless to say I will be ordering a turban from here soon.

 Over the years I have become a huge fan of patterned hosiery. Although I absolutely hate the winter, tights have become one of the two things I enjoy wearing during the cold season.  They are a simple fix to spucen up any outfit.
